I have developed an Excel Training Tracker Spreadsheet.

This is ideal for the HR Department to keep control over the training requirements required by employee, by manager and by Department.

This allows you to keep track of what training a staff member requires.

It caters for staff moving from one department to another or one role to another depending on how our organisation is setup.

This can be based on which department a staff member belongs to and what training is required for that department.

New training requirements are catered for with plenty of expansion built in.

New employees are catered for as well with plenty of growth built in.

It can be customised for your own organisation as well.
