Very few businesses recover from a serious loss of data.
You can replace programs like Word, Excel but you cannot replace the data that these programs produced.
The data involved is generally quite small and can be easily backed up – it just a matter of having a sensible backup procedure in place.
The restore options must be checked on a regular basis.
