I have devel­oped an Excel Train­ing Track­er Spread­sheet.

This is ide­al for the HR Depart­ment to keep con­trol over the train­ing require­ments required by employ­ee, by man­ag­er and by Depart­ment.

This allows you to keep track of what train­ing a staff mem­ber requires.

It caters for staff mov­ing from one depart­ment to anoth­er or one role to anoth­er depend­ing on how our organ­i­sa­tion is set­up.

This can be based on which depart­ment a staff mem­ber belongs to and what train­ing is required for that depart­ment.

New train­ing require­ments are catered for with plen­ty of expan­sion built in.

New employ­ees are catered for as well with plen­ty of growth built in.

It can be cus­tomised for your own organ­i­sa­tion as well.
